The staff wasn’t overly friendly, but they weren’t rude either — which I guess passes as good service these days. The food was hot and came out quickly, exactly what you’d expect from a large chain. Prices keep going up while the quality stays the same. I only stopped in because I needed something fast between errands; it wouldn’t be my first choice otherwise. The biggest issue was finding a bone in my chicken quesadilla that nearly broke my tooth. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t seem too concerned. They offered to remake it, but after almost cracking a tooth, I wasn’t interested in trying the same item again. Convenient, yes. Memorable or worth returning for? Not really.

Don’t come here looking for fast food because their specialty is slow food. VERY slow food. I had to wait 30-40 minutes for a two item order with more than enough employees to serve the handful of customers who were there. You’re supposed to order by 1 of 2 touchscreen kiosks, except one is not working. You’d think they put a sign on it to make that clear, but no, they leave it up to the customer to figure it out after punching the screen repeatedly. Wanna use the bathroom after one of their gastrointestinal bombs? Bring your own toilet paper because apparently they don’t supply any. Never coming back again.

I was ordering food at this place and the guy in the background swearing at me numerous of time thinking I couldn’t hear him because I was ordering multiple food. Very disrespectful and poor customer satisfaction. No one at the drive thru and literally took 2 minutes to even say can I help you! I’ve worked in fast food myself and nothing compared to the worst experience I’ve ever got from fast food chain! I had to drive off because of the disrespectful mess in the background yelling of what I was ordering.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for your mobile order after going through the drive thru, this is your place. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. Staff is extremely rude. I should have never come here. This place should be shut down by Taco Bell corporate.

Too many door dashers at 6:50 pm couldn't even order food had to ask someone to take my order and half way in the order the manager pulls the cashier. I waited 7 minutes for this to happen. I decided to walk out and keep my money. Those 5 delivery drivers are more important than walking in customer to management
