I paid $7.38 for a chicken quesadilla! I could have ordered a Fan Meal from McDonald’s for $5.44! This was very disappointing and I will not order this item again or from this location. You should be embarrassed serving this as a $7.00 item! Definitely need some quality control measures. With all the competition out there, do better!

Worst Taco Bell location. Waited 2 hours just to get my order canceled.When I spoke to an employee they just claimed they weren't responsible. You are preparing the food...how aren't you responsible?

We have been there twice this week. The first time was 15 mins before closing and we were told they don’t take orders 15 mins before closing unless it’s a doordash pick up. Tonight, my son ran up for a fun treat an hour before closing. He was in the line for 45 mins, he saw most of the team outside taking turns smoking weed while the line didn’t move. The night shift is awful! The food that wasn’t missing was awful. We will not be subjecting ourselves to late night Bell again.

The staff at Taco Bell New Hartford NY is outstanding, specifically AJ, Ty, and Colby. It was incredibly busy late on a Friday night, and they were very friendly at the drive through speaker and window. There was a slight mixup between my order and someone else’s and they handled the situation so quickly and so kindly. The food was well prepared, fresh, and delicious. These people are real deal leaders trying to make the best experience for customers. I’ve never had such a great customer service experience at another fast food restaurant. Thank you!!!

20 bucks totally wrong. 3 bucks for a bag of crumbs. My steak burrito with no beans and extra steak, had beans on it and if this is extra steak, well …could not have Ben more wrong
