Taco Bell

I'm an Uber driver delivering food from here. The ladies in there are awesome. I got my husband and I doing Uber as a side hustle and getting our stuff for an order. We needed something to drink and asked how much for water and she said absolutely nothing. Then proceeded to say just get an actual drink and we're like we love them. We love getting orders from this one because they are super fast, kind to anyone coming in the door, and really friendly. Wish I got the girl's name tonight she was a Rockstar and no We didn't get sodas we're on a soda cleanse this month then back to unhealthy drinks for the rest of year.

Derrick took our order today and he was extremely helpful! They were out of an item we wanted and he did what he could to assist in finding an alternative. It was lovely to actually speak with a person instead of everything being electronic. More people need to recognize the personal interaction, Thank you Derrick!!!

I ordered 3 tacos and a pintos and cheese. I ordered and paid through the drive thru. I paid $9.something for my food. I opened up my tacos - and there was 1 with hardly anything in the shell, 1 with .25 full, and one with .5 full. I put them all together - for one full taco. It was pathetic! In the drive through, they talk to you like you are bothering them and are an inconvenience -asking "is that it" between every item. I don't normally think much of taco bell - but this is pathetic. Apparently, I need to lower my already low expectations. Nope - not worth the time.

I ordered a beef burrito with meat and cheese only last night. She said a supreme burrito with cheese only. I said not a supreme burrito. Anyways , I get up to the window and they ask about 3 times to clarify that it was a beef burrito with meat and cheese only. Then, this girl comes to the window and tries to be a hero. She tells me that I will save like 5 dollars if I order a wrap and a cup of cheese . I can either build it at home or they can assemble it for me. I get home and it's just a wrap with cold shredded cheese in it. There's no meat. Who wants that? Even if it was a quesadilla, it would be melted. I hope that girl sees this and learns what a burrito is, a quesadilla is, and they know what supreme is.
