I wrote customer service and gotten ZERO RESPONSE SO NOW I’M HERE I was at the drive thru ordered a cheesey beef rice burrito I wanted a side of beef on the side and I was given a tiny sauce cup that’s given when you buy nachos or avocado sauce . I haven’t been to this location in a while and recently visited my third time here . When I was last here I would order the beef on the side with a black button cup and always get a good amount of beef for .50 cents . I went in and explained to the young lady African American short with glasses told her I have never seen a side of beef this small and would like another one or add beef to my meal to get what I paid for . She said NO MA’AM we don’t do that . I said ok and walked out . I should have just have her refund my money. I’ll stick with th

Bought two orders of the new bacon ranch Chalupa‘s street tacos paid $14 and they only gave us two so just one order ! This is not the first time that this is happened super disappointed, and what a waste of money. And when we asked the girl, she said that’s what you paid for. I’m starting to think that they keep some of the orders for them to eat it themselves. This is so annoying especially going through the drive-through when you get off of work late night do better.

The food is ok and service is ok. The drive thru can take a while. It is 50/50 if the workers make any conversation or say nothing and hand you the food. I found half the time the sauces don't get packed. They got my order wrong a few times, and fixed it when I went back. They are good about multiple orders at once, though. Makes redeeming rewards eash.

I've been coming here for a couple weeks & it's amazing. Orders are always correct & the fod is hot & delicious. Ps. Stacker with pico &/or extra beef 👌🏽

It was my first time to take out a burrito. It was not as big as I thought. I thought I could eat it twice. The taste was similar to seaweed rice rolls. You can add some ingredients by yourself and pay extra. The business hours start at 8 a.m., which is not the 7 a.m. on Google Maps. It needs to be updated.
