Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, it’s always luke warm, tacos shells always crushed and stuck to paper always takes for ever… do yourself a favor and go to Eldon and wait in the slowest drive thru ever because at least it’s always consistently good food

Some employees here are friendly. However, I've had to lower my rating after witnessing an older woman employee behind the counter assisting customers being rude to a young woman. The young woman was simply asking for the nacho sauce that was missing from her groups order. The employee was extremely rude to her. Additionally, it took 25 minutes to get my order of 3 items. I've had faster service at full service restaurants. The taco salad was broken into pieces. I don't like to leave bad reviews because mistakes happen, but the employee being rude to a nice young woman was disgusting.

The food is Taco Bell food so what do you expect? The service was absolute trash. I don't like Taco Bell because I'm burnt out on it, but I went there with my boyfriend since he likes Taco Bell. I ordered a combo which mind you comes with a drink, so I ordered a Baja Feeze. My boyfriend ordered a regular fountain drink which he got. We ordered on the kiosk and didn't want Taco Bell to email or text our receipt so we said no on it. Once we got the bag I didn't receive my freeze, I asked the lady at the front where is my freeze since I ordered one, looking me dead in my eyes and she rudely said "it's not on there." I walked out with my food because I didn't want to argue with someone like that anyways and I didn't really want Taco Bell but still went anyways, never again though. Terrible foo

I ordered a Baja blast and it tasted like cleaning supplies so I called Taco Bell to tell them about the problem so others don’t receive the same thing and the worker Andrew hung up after my statement and didn’t answer again for over ten minutes. Eldon Taco Bell is better and they have salted caramel churros.

I originally pulled into the Wendy’s next door, but after waiting over five minutes in the drive-thru with no response and getting snapped at when I asked if I could order, I decided to cut my losses and head over to Taco Bell instead. Definitely the right call. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which is my go-to. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The outer gordita shell was soft and warm, while the crunchy taco inside gave it the perfect texture. The seasoned beef had plenty of flavor, and the spicy ranch sauce tied it all together. They didn’t skimp on ingredients, which I appreciated. The drive-thru here was much faster and smoother than the Wendy’s next door.
