They have no forks to eat with but she was very nice she had knife to eat my beans and rice with and they didn't give me any hot sauce don't drive though go in I had twice just to get my meal right.

The food is as expected for a tacobell but this location is horrible about getting orders correct. Because they have gotten orders wrong so many times when we use the drive through we park in the parking lot to double check orders before heading up the ridge. Eating in I haven't had such an issue with the order being correct, but through the drive through my orders on average have been off 1/3rd of the time.

TB in Red Bluff is always good and deserving of 4 stars... What took it over the top (5 STARS) was the following: I requested my order to be taken at the counter. The nice young lady (Eva) asked me if I could do it at the kiosk. I asked for her assistance, which she gladly gave me. We had small talk all the while the order was being selected.... I'm not a fan of the kiosk, but she made the ordering process fun.... 4 stars for food, extra star for great hospitality! 👍

I ordered my food through DoorDash and I KNOW that DoorDash didn’t do this. But this is unacceptable. Not only broken and poorly made but also missing ingredients. This isn’t the first time either! I haven’t ordered in a while because it’s just badly made every time. I get their busy but PLEASE pay attention to what you’re making because this isn’t it!!!

Took over 25 minutes to make my order because they prioritize the drive through line. Dont go into the lobby if you want service.
