Taco Bell

This Taco Bell deserves the most recognition!! I have been visiting this Taco Bell for the past 4 years and it has only improved over time, especially in the past year. My order has not been wrong, the food quality is consistently great and fresh, the restaurant inside is more than well kept, and the employees are always doing their best work. They are also located in a very busy spot in town, yet manage nighttime rushes well. Leaving this review because this Taco Bell team is going above and beyond the rest!

Used to be a better place to sit and enjoy a meal. Food is great as it's always been but the music choice in this establishment is borderline torture. Who's idea was it to put repetitive and annoying club music in a fast food joint? I feel bad for the people actually working here, being subjected to this trash for hours on end feels like a warcrime.

Taco bell is an amazzinng place..but customers are not always right and im so over people racially profiling the employees. The color of their skin, tattoos,piercings,and that doesn't define anybody's personality but you can't complain on them. Employees have feelings just like the customers..the difference is they can't show it cause it doesn't matter..only what customers say or feel about them that matters,and that's not right eitha. So I feel that customers are not always right if they don't like what they hear they will do anything to get someone in trouble..so I feel just like employees need to do better the customers do also.

I had an outstanding experience at this Taco Bell thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Ervin. I had misplaced my receipt, which my company needed, and Ervin went above and beyond to help. He was able to locate the receipt and send it to me, saving me from having to drive two hours to retrieve it. That level of care and professionalism truly stands out. Ervin made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and the business. I highly recommend this Taco Bell—not just for the food, but for the outstanding customer service. Employees like Ervin are the reason customers continue to come back.

Missed an item for my online order tonight and i called them about it. they asked me if i placed the order on the mobile app and i since i placed it on my browser. i said i placed it on safari and they said, what is safari. when i elaborated and said it was a browser, like safari, chrome, they continued to say they didn’t know what it was. if they had said smth else, or acknowledged that they made a mistake, or even wanted to see proof of it i would have happily of tried to do my best to show them, but to continue and say that they didn’t know what a BROWSER was is absolutely ridiculous. Safari, Chrome, etc and saying that you don’t know what that is when you mess up an online order is ridiculous. at least say that you messed up, or say smth other than an oblivious lie like that you don’t
