Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered my meal inside the restaurant, and it took an unusually long time to be prepared. When the food was finally handed to us, everything was placed together in one large bag without separating the individual orders, which caused confusion among my companions. The tacos themselves lacked flavor. The salsa station was poorly maintained, with some leaking packets and an overall unclean appearance. The kitchen staff appeared more focused on socializing than attending to customers, and the manager displayed an unwelcoming attitude. Upon leaving, we noticed that Taco Bell employees were blocking the drive-thru lane while interacting with the KFC across the street. I purchased 2 chipotle ranch chicken burritos. When i got home I discovered 1 had almost no chicken, but both were loaded with sauce. It was like soup in a burrito shell. There was no avocado sauce and tortilla strips in either burrito. I wanted to return the order, but was not worth the 20 minutes and gas to go back. I have gotten this item at other locations and it has always been good. Will never give this location another chance. Also, was not pleased with the 10 minute wait considering i was the only customer inside. Got take out last night, crunchwraps had pretty much no meat whatsoever.

I love the girls here. As a customer n Door Dasher they amazing my favorite place to come too. It’s Love here.

Nicole was so sweet and gave us free items because our order took long. She was a sweet heart! Definitely if you come look out for Nicole

Still one of my favorites, was surprised they reorganized the menu, but they still offered my go to menu item, just not a combo anymore.
