Taco Bell

The employees were mostly fine. But after I ordered using the in store ordering computer, I stood at the counter to pay with cash, and a bearded employee questioned if I already used the computer to order. Like he didn’t want to come near the counter unless he knew for sure I already ordered using the machine. He was thrown off because I wanted to pay with cash. Also most of the lobby tables were dirty. All the employees were huddled on the assembly line for some reason. But none of these reasons are why I’m here. The entire lobby was infested with several generations of gnats. Not flys, not bees, but gnats. They were located at the handicapped table, the long high table, and everywhere a customer would walk or sit. I ordered 2 black bean chalupas. But because there were so many gnats eve

I came with my friend we ordered on the kiosk as soon as we got there. I waited a few minutes nothing to crazy. I ordered two lux boxes. Which are supposed to come with a drink. But when the associate came to bring the food out he just left the boxes on the counter and yelled my name. Usually I wouldn’t really care too much. However they forgot our drinks. So we decided to stay there and try to get their attention. But they were choosing to ignore us. We made eye contact with one of them and she continued to ignore us. We waited politely for them and when the cashier comes around she dropped the rest of our order on the counter and then she grabbed our cups and slammed them on the counter and said nothing. The kid working drive thru was not speaking clearly enough to hear or understand when placing the order. They talked too fast when they hit the mic. The. Tried to hand out the wrong drink.

My issue is with the nacho cheese. Idk if this is a taco bell corporation or this location thing, but they raised the prices from $0.70 to $1.00 and the cups are literally less than half full this makes no sense. They gotten alot better with missing items, but a few times add sour cream when i request no sour cream. And forgotten my straws when i ordered 5 drinks before. But quick service

11/10 service from Arthur! Excellent customer service, accuracy while juggling multiple tasks at once, and just made us smile with his energy! We’d come back to this Taco Bell just to get the joy of having him take our order. Fan-taco!
