Taco Bell

I decided to eat inside of Taco Bell. I was missing an item from my combo meal so I went up to the counter to let them know. it actually didn't bother me that much that an item was missing from my meal, we are all human and it happens all the time. however, what did bother me was two employees standing behind the counter talking to each other and they can clearly see me and I'm just standing there staring at them until finally they finish their conversation which had nothing to do with work. It was the feeling of being ignored and having to wait for them to finish their stupid conversation that upset me more than the missing item in my meal. Also The restroom was absolutely filthy. I understand it's a Taco Bell restroom, but this was really bad.

NAVAN, hope I spelled that right 🤔 Robert, Christian and Ahhh cool ass Dude I forgot his name with tags I gotta get it and post a shout out to em, they deserve a raise and much more, gotta get all they names cause honestly been to a lot of fast food places, My big ass haha. They pretty wicked and badass honestly. They best get a raise all of them at this location, and definitely a shout out. At least they got one from your boy Brett 🔥😎🔥 don’t know them personally but they’re all awesome seriously. They got my respect forever man 🔥😎🔥

Food is ok, but waiting over 30 min in the drive thru is crazy. They are another under staffed fast food place that is consistently getting bad reviews. The "franchise owner" bot has got to be stressed replying with promises to make it better. I am sitting in the line as I read all the reviews and responses, and even type out my own. I may have mispoke when I said fast food, because I have been here forever now. I would go inside to order, but after reading the reviews I'm scared I'd loose my appetite. Staff are friendly and apologetic for wait times. Franchise owner, hire more help for your staff please!!!!

i ordered uber eats and they forgot half my order. takes forever in the drive thru. and when i do use drive thru, they still forget half my order. just a really bad establishment if you ask me, with rude service and crappy food, rather go right across the street to chipotle where their polite and get my order right lol. 😂

This store is a complete mess. Every time I go there, I have to wait more than 30 minutes to pick up my order, which has been ready on the counter for a long time. I called someone to help me, and they pretended I didn't exist. And when they finally spoke to me, the manager with light hair and blue eyes treated me terribly. Congratulations, you're doing a great job with this terrible manager.
