Taco Bell / Pizza Hut

We frequent this taco bell fairly often. They're one of the only locations i know of that has the chili cheese burritos. We ordered some tacos (paid for EXTRA beef) no lettuce, hardly any beef on them....my chili cheese burritos had hardly any chili and was stuffed with cheese. Our chips came with no cheese... Very frustrating as we spent almost $40....

The service and food was horrible. The Hispanic lady gave me cold n broken up food n no drink that comes with the order. What they been doing giving out old n cold food. So their friends can give free food. I want to speak with corporate. She kept my receipt. This was 10mins ago. I’m not going back till I talk to corporate

The service will be better if they change their attitude. They gave me nachos that taste super bad/terrible. (Maybe the tortilla was expired or they used old oil) I told them, and they look at me like “really”. The manager, and the lady on the window instead of say “Oh Im sorry” they look so mad and don’t even move. The cashier changed them for a fresh ones and they tasted good. I will tell you that after almost 50 years of eating at Taco Bell. This is the most challenged location to get your food. You might have better luck in getting a shotgun and hunting your own chicken and buying your own barbecue. The last five times I’ve been here there has been some sort of incident. One was a customer getting aggressive with the staff about a gift card that wasn’t working. Another was the self-serve ordering kiosks were not working correctly. Another time was that the drive-through so backed up, so I walked into order and they said they’re not taking orders at the counter and I have to go to the drive-through. I ordered three soft shell tacos fresca style the woman at the window then let me know it would be an up charge for chicken and that they are out of pico i said that was okay and went on to order my baja blast. i get to the window and the woman perfectly read off my order to me and then proceeded to give me beef tacos with xtra pico, forgot to give me my baja blast and not to mention one of my tacos looks like someone balled it up before wraping
