Ok so I did a online order and ordered alot for the kids and wife and myself this is what we go check out the pictures so I called them and was like what's going on why is there no sour cream hardly any meat on anything or lettuce or tomatoes and her response was and I quote we are out of sour cream running low on lettuce meat and cheese why in the world would you make the order then with a kind of laugh in her voice says would you like to come out and we will remake the order I said why when your running out just refund my order and her response was to say nope and then hang up this is insane one of the tacos had no meat on it just lettuce cheese and tomatoes I'm beyond upset this should not happen if you don't have customers your store would not be in business or get new crew members in

Me and my boyfriend went for the first time in a while and we weren’t even allowed twenty seconds to even look at the menu. My boyfriend asked for a second so we could read and figure out what to order and the employee said “okay”. I couldn’t even get a word out to my boyfriend without a second voice asking us what we wanted, when we asked for another moment, i tried talking to my boyfriend again only to get interrupted AGAIN. Normally I wouldn’t get this upset because I understand rushing someone if there’s a lot of people in line, but it was 9pm and nobody behind us and nobody in the restaurant. How are people supposed to even order anything if yall aren’t giving anyone time to even think?

The service was okay—staff did their best to help out when problems came up. That said, they were out of large cups and didn’t have chicken nuggets, which was a letdown. The food itself wasn’t great. Most things barely had any filling, the nacho fries were cold, and the cheese sauce was only half full. Overall, kind of a disappointing experience.

When I first walked up to the counter, 2 brunette girls, both white, one kinda skinny, one kinda heavy, both had their hair up in buns. Neither bothered to take my order as the other blond girl was busy at the window, but they did just stare at me and give me dirty looks. If that’s the way customers get treated there by staff then I highly recommend management do something about that. Highly unprofessional. The name on my receipt was Jacalyn H.

I have to say I’ve been to this location 1 million times. And regretfully I have to say that when I request low portion beans on the five layer burrito, they always get it wrong but they redeem themselves tonight not only did I get a five layer burrito with only a small amount of beans, but I experience a really extremely respectful young lady through drive-through And she had the best Customer Service ever the nicest person I ever dealt with my whole entire existence and I am not joking when I say this, she was super nice very patient and saw it to it that my order was exactly how the way I asked for thank you to the young lady through drive-through I really appreciate all your hard-working dedication and such a respectful niceness ☺️☺️☺️ and thank you for the kitchen for making good food
