Taco Bell

This place is hit or miss, it can be really good or really bad. I’ve had some bad experiences with employees and my food made wrong on multiple occasions. But, today I paid 95 cents for a side of sour cream and there was barely anything in the cup.

Whoever was working the pick-up orders on Saturday, February 7 at around 10:40 pm is so rude. I love going here usually. The staff is typically fast and SUPER nice, even at 2 am, which is why my husband and I choose to go here when we don’t cook at home, but idk why this guy had such little patience to EVERYONE. Even some of the other customers we overheard were shocked at how he seemed like he didn’t want to work/be there. I wasn’t able to catch the guy’s name and I wish I did. If he was having a bad day, I get it but please don’t take it out on customers.

I ate here once it was 2015. I ordered tacos they were good. I like the meat on the tacos it tasted great. The service was fast and friendly. The price was reasonable. It had a very corporate feel to it its hard to explain kinda like everything is setup a certain way Americans want.

I order from here frequently and have also eaten in the restaurant and the food is fantastic every time. Hands down the best and most consistent taco bell I have ever been to. Today they really outdid themselves with the cheesiest, most delicious crispy potato soft taco I have ever had. Love you guys.

All Taco Bells ask if you're using the mobile app in the drive through, which is fine. The person at this location that feels the need to correct me everytime I tell them I placed my order online, "Ok, so you did place your order on the app??", is laughable. No, I've never had the mobile app. I placed my order on the website. You are wrong. But what's it matter anyhow? Only drive through I've ever been in where the employee feels the need to correct the customer (and be wrong).
