Taco Bell

This taco bell used to be good but the new workers can’t seem to make anything correctly and are pretty rude. Everytime I come my food is made wrong and it is incredibly evident they didn’t want to make my order in the first place. It is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I’ve had no other issues like this with any other locations. It’s truly not hard to read an order and make it correctly. I’ve included pictures of my cheesy Gordita crunch taco where it is just very clear the workers didn’t want to make it. This is ridiculous, get a different job if you don’t want to make food.

Have to love a run to the border from time to time. This Taco Bell is usually clean and the service provided by the staff is good. The food is consistently good.

Nice staff at least at windows but I always get the franks red hot chicken fries, the last few times I’ve been they’ve had ground beef and another time steak on them.. how do you continuously confuse chicken and beef? Then the cook bringing them to the window is always rude with an attitude like they’re mad you want the correct food you just paid almost $20 for lmao I’d suggest going during morning shift hours they will actually make it right

I arrived at this location at 12:46 AM the posted hours are until 1:00 AM...at the drive thru the speaker said the restaurant was closed...they lost my business plus who knows who else?

Super disappointed. Up until now I’ve had a decent experience with Taco Bell in Richfield. Tonight, my husband ran to Taco Bell for me because I’m pregnant and had not had anything to eat in a while. Got my crunch wrap supreme with extra sour cream here, took a few bites and felt something stringy in my mouth, I pulled it out and pulled it out of the Crunchwrap as well hoping it was cheese or something but no…..it was a really long brown, coily piece of hair. Doubt I go back, once something like this happens it ruins my experience as a whole.
