Taco Bell

If I could give this zero stars I would. Came here last week and ordered a chicken cantina taco. It literally had two pieces of chicken. I was told that was normal. Came again and have waited 35 minutes. Did a mobile order and so they can’t even refund my money. Still after waiting 35 minutes, I’m told there are seven orders in front of mine. HOW?? I don’t ever post reviews especially negative but felt like I needed to.

Ordered quite a bit of food, but tasted more tortilla than anything. Mexican pizza was burnt and not cut. Ordered 2 beefy potato grillers, barely any meat, and NO POTATOES! Not sure if they were upset with how much food was ordered, fed up with the snow weather, or just bad service. There’s usually something wrong with the food when we go to this Taco Bell, definitely will be driving the little extra distance to the next one. Came again 3/3/26 and waited longer for my 3 items and when I got home and was able to eat it, realized it was burnt and sent out anyways.

Do not ever order pick-up, ever, here. I was the only person inside the building and waited for my food for over 50 mins. I know they prioritize drive throughs, but it is a 100% priority because they went through 30 people before me in the drive through, I was explicitly counting them. So just always use the drive through, I was very close to just refunding my food , then driving into the drive through and I know I would have 100% gotten my stuff probably 45 minutes faster. Just verry annoying. I don't think it's anyone who is working there's fault, it's just awful company policy.

Every time I get a Baja blast zero the flavor is running out and it tastes like carbonated water. I might get it once a month yet every time it’s the same issue. It’d be cool if the $3 drink taste like it should. Food is normal Taco Bell. But they pay no attention to the drinks

I always stop here when I’m driving across the state. The young lady at the register was great, said I made a great choice with my burrito. Taking one star off because the men’s bathroom didn’t have soap, but the food was delicious. I will keep stopping by here!
