I visited Taco Bell in Spring 2024 in Salinas - Williams Ranch, CA next to both N Sanborn Road and E Boronda Road. The parking lot was very easy and comfortable to park in including the disabled parking. Taco Bell in Salinas, CA was my favorite restaurant that offers and delivers sodas and more. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent.
i left to jack in the box across the street! they have a new AI which woke up my baby on the drive thru & kept giving me prompts. the voice was awful & when i finally talked to a real person they tried to give me orders to talk to the AI. there’s no way i trust them with my food , want to talk to an artificial person, or would give them money. i hope they rethink their AI. i would have ordered if it wasn’t so obnoxious
The food was not closed properly and it tasted salty and it was cold
Whoever was on shift 12/20/25 doesn’t know how to read or follow instructions do better. Missing every sauce that was added to the order EVERYSINGLE ONE OF THEM 🤦🏻♀️
Food is always decent can't complain about the food or service it's very average the atmosphere is like any other taco bell quiet cold and makes u feel rushed.
