Taco Bell

I may need to re-up on therapy this week and work on my self-love. By willfully choosing to choke down a Supreme Luxe Box, I fear I put my body and mind through an undue traumatic experience. My personal meal choices led me to a total caloric count of a chart topping 1,480, but good news folks, I could only finish less than half of that physical manifestation of self loathing. However, I would like to express my gratitude to the corporate wizards at Taco Bell HQ in their desire to help me reach 74% of my daily recommended calorie intake. Ugh...the food. The only flavor that hit my palette when hoovering the Beefyboi 5-Layer Burrito was the bland and ever so smooth refried beans. I pray to the spirits roaming the earth on Diá de los Muertos to intervene and curse Taco Bell executives, and

THIS, was the best Taco Bell we've been in, in many,many years.! Store was clean, employees were working and not just standing around. The food was as ordered and fresh. Staff friendliness was perfect and helpful. This happened on 10/14/25 at around 2:30 PM. It was obvious to us, that the manager/owner pays attention to details and has hired staff that is willing to do what is needed to help this store be very successful.

I never normally have problems with this location the workers aren’t very nice but I look past it cause at the end of the day we are all human, however today I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, with steak no tomatoes and spicy, the entire wrap was lettuce and jalapeños there where maybe 3 pieces of meat, there wasn’t even any nacho cheese sauce. The high prices are just apart of life but i paid nearly 10 dollars for something that’s just lettuce and jalapeños, I paid a dollar more for steak I didn’t even get. Scrolling through the reviews I’ve noticed that this isn’t even the first time this has happened. I expect what I pay for.

We ordered a plate of steak nachos as follows: chips, shredded cheese, and steak. Nothing else. When we recieved the nachos, they had the nacho cheese sauce on them. The person the nachos were for had ARFID and could become sick eating the cheese sauce. So no problem, we go up to the counter and ask for the nachos to be remade. The absolute DEATH STARE i got from the woman making the new nachos, as if my request to throw some shredded cheese on some chips was some herculean quest, was truly awe-inspiring. I'm not usually one to complain about service; we're all living our lives and we get frustrated sometimes. But jeezus christ yall. What the hell.

Ban is a great manager, he was really awesome with my kid, he has a great attitude and great customer service. This is one of the best Taco Bell’s in salt lake, clean, speedy service, orders always correct. Will continue to return here always!
