20 minute wait for a chili cheese burrito and a way way WAY over-done cantina taco. This is such a beautiful location, why can the staff in the kitchen not be better?

Walked in to place an order and the worker told me they’re not taking orders because they’re backed up. There were no customers in the lobby. It’s 4:30. Nobody in the drive thru.

Ordered my food through whatever robot they're using. Kept interrupting and didn't get the full order. Missed a drink and the sauce on the chicken quesadilla is abysmal. The drive thru took way too long for fast food.

100% pure incompetence. It literally took me 25 mins to get my food from this drive thru. There was 1 person in front of me in line only. The screwed their order up and exchanged food and the receipt back and forth several times as I just sat and watched forever. Finally it's my turn All I ordered was a bean burrito and a soft taco that's it. I sat there for another 10 minutes while they bumbled around looking confused inside. This place needs a real manager with leadership skills because this place is lost and confused and doing a horrible job. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. It's going to be a long time before I come back here.

Food is what you would expect from taco bell I guess but now its less meat and more lettuce and youre lucky if you get enough cheese for 2 bites. Went there to get dinner. Every single taco we got, the shell was crushed. And crushed almost in the exact same way. Defeating the purpose of getting tacos. It didn't bother my boyfriend but it bothered me enough to want to post a review. Especially when the tacos are in shell protectors... It's like someone thought it would be funny to pinch all of the shells. Bottoms of the tacos where stuck in the shell protectors and so floppy that it looked like cooked spaghetti. So all you got was broken shell sides and would have to scrape the shell protector with a fork. We live .4 mile from this taco bell so that makes no sense. We were super stoked abou
