Truly appalled at the behavior, food, and professionalism from the night shift manager. I ordered through the app, received my order via delivery and was missing items. I called the store, a guy answers saying hello…. I told him that I had just received my order and items were missing. He says nothing to me, I hear some talking in the background and a woman comes on the phone again saying hello can I help you? (You can tell she’s already annoyed) I explain that items are missing and some sauces I paid for and she’s like so your missing a taco…… and what your sauce wasn’t on your burrito. She knew the order because she knew I had added the sauce avocado ranch sauce on my burrito. (Btw she in fact did not add that sauce but put on the sauce I had removed from the order.) My kiddo wanted to try the nuggets and this is the 10 piece they served us. Really? Notice how they counted the tiny pieces of rock hard breading as nuggets….. I swear this is the WORST Taco Bell. You think it would get better but it doesn’t. For the price this is just ridiculous!

Nasty food sorry but they used to be a great place I enjoyed going to but never again you get 1/2 teaspoon of meat 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of nasty cheese I think it's fat-free taste nasty oh that is a supreme taco. The supreme burrito was nasty I threw it out

These awesome folks made me the most insane concoction I made on the app and they nailed it. Son real crazy shit putting 2 tacos in a chicken quesadilla it was wild. They’re awesome 10/5 stars. I wasn’t even high when I came up with the order. Would come here again for sure. Best Taco Bell from here to Chicago hands down.

Night shift tonight made my whole day, I’m not sure their names, but they gave me such a good laugh. Even with us being so close to close they gave great service and big smiles. Made fast food 10 times better ! (January 10th like 1:45 am )
