Taco Bell

I stopped by this Taco Bell this morning to take advantage of the Baja Blast anniversary so they were giving it any Baja Blast drink if you order from the app. I also decided to get a cinnamon twist since I was already coming here to get a drink. I got the Baja Blast Freeze and set the pickup time as ASAP since my work office is nearby. I found parking easily because I don't think anyone was here. When I walked inside, they already had my order on the pickup counter, which I don't think it's safe since anyone can just take your food. The indoor dining seem pretty good inside and they also have outdoor dining table as well. My Baja blast freeze was delicious and the cinnamon twist was good.

As a Dasher expect to wait 20-30 minutes past when the order is supposed to be ready to be given to you. They'll prioritize drive thru over you every time. Very unprofessional.

Just went, around 12:45 on Sunday the 25th and the food quality is just so bad. And on top of that, the service was very disappointing. So rude and seemed annoyed.

.I ordered a craving Box the crunch wrap supreme was supposed to have chicken it didn't have any chicken in it. Update. Was notified my order was ready. Get to the store, not even listed. They didn't even receive it yet. Waited 10 minutes, then the food was ready. But the person just put it to the side and waited for the drive thru person to hand it to me, 5 minutes later, they are still talking about another order. Meanwhile, I am just watching them hold my food, while they talk about other orders. The dude could have given me the box, and cup. But no. He put it aside, and moved on to another order. I won't be back.

Visited this taco bell on a trip from another state & it’s disgusting. The people who gave us our food were smoking in the lobby area & away from cameras eye view. They of course messed up our order so we came back thru the drive thru to ask for what was missing and spent 5 minutes arguing if it’s in the bag or not so I handed the guy the bag & guess what?? The item was missing… I wonder if all the pot got to his head. The next morning, me and my boyfriend came to address this with the manager and she & he both laughed at us and argued some more. I would not recommend whatsoever. Gross 🤮
