Taco Bell

They say "first impressions don't get a second chance". I was pretty impressed with this Taco Bell. We ordered at the kiosk and sat down to wait for our food. We were in at the in between lunch and dinner rush, so it wasn't too busy. The employees that were on staff were busily taking and filling orders. The one thing that I would say stood out the most was when one of the female employees took the time to fill my mago tea behind the counter and then stated that it was because "the one in the lobby area can be weird". She wanted to make sure that I got a good one. She didn't just hand over the cup and go about her day. She took the time to make sure I got a good drink. The food was made quickly and we had ordered to go, and they served it up. My son even commented on how quickly they got o

The food I get is fantastic, but I never get the right food. Somehow I have received a Grilled Cheese burrito instead of my item on 3 different occasions in the past month. Come on guys

I asked for extra mild sauce 2 per item. Apparently management says they can only do so many...and 2 is to much. Also my bag was soggy my food was wet and soggy!

If I could give zero I would due to the fact they do not care about doordash orders or elderly people they had a 69 year old man standing outside for 35-40mins waiting for his order while passing out other orders to people who just showed up now I'm not one to be angry or mean but when I comes to elderly thats not ok and the fact our orders were supposed to be ready at 11:45 and 11:50 they completely disregarded that and told us that they don't have to follow the scheduled time order are supposed to be done if you wanna keep your status up on door dash I would avoid this taco bell and if you are a customer wanting food late night from this taco bell I wouldnt bother!

I appreciate their effort for making my orders to my specifications. One thing I dislike, and am annoyed by, is when any part of my food order is cold or stale, specifically the nacho fries. I understand not wanting to be a wasteful business, and at the same time, as a customer, I want freshly prepared foods. That's what will make me a returning customer, fresh food. Leaving there with a feeling that a business will hand me, a customer, food I'll enjoy eating.
