Taco Bell

The drive thru girl with dark brown hair and pale skin was extremely rude for no reason and lacked customer service when asked if I could get a few extra sauce packets…. We think she might have been having a bad day. We sincerely hope her sauce strike was a success and that it satisfied her needs ❤️

I don’t ever normally leave reviews, but today was just absolutely something else. I’m a local caregiver for the department of mental health and today I was training with a new client and a trainer. My client decided they wanted Taco Bell for lunch and we decided to stop by the Taco Bell on Chestnut Expy around 4PM. We were very nicely greeted by a young lady named Pashuntz who seemed to be on her lunch break. Due to HIPPA Laws, I will not disclose any information regarding my client but miss Pashuntz noticed my client and decided that she was going to stand behind us to observe how we do things to ensure that she could be a greater help the next time that we decided to come in. I guess they think I can't hear them over their extremely loud machinery that makes this place unbearable to eat in. But I'm sitting here listening to the manager talk about how she just wants me to go home so she can start closing. I'm the only one here, so I know she's talking about me. It's 5pm. Not even, it's 4:46. I've heard them say a few times that they close at 7. Two hours from now. I was there for fifteen minutes total, it's not like I was sitting there all day. Way to make someone feel welcome on Christmas.

I checked in for a door dash 10 minutes ago and was told it will be awhile, while there only focus is on the drive through, and issue is its not a big order, the drinks been sitting already finished for the 10 minutes wait.

I come through the drive thru every week for lunch and Jesse is so pleasant, the food is always good
