Taco Bell

I go to tacobell a lot!! 2-3 times a week, I do not go to this one very often because I work in Jacksonville, but I was home today and went here. I’ve been here an everytime it’s disappointing, I wait 30-45 minutes because they are more worried about drive thru and playing around laughing in the back then getting to the store front, that’s the first issue, the second being this is the worse Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius, I’m an hvac tech mainly in Jacksonville but I go to Daytona to, I’ve been to all of these establishments and this one needs to have corporate come out an either retrain every single person that works here or they need fired. The food is so inconsistent, I get the same thing every time. This place doesn’t fill the taco all the way leaving you with nothing but bread to eat a

Terrible service! Completely ignored anyone who walked in for 15-20 minutes. We finally got a refund along with another gentleman who used up his whole lunch break and had to leave without food! The drive thru was prioritized. We were just ordering a couple of tacos. They were so confused and inefficient. Also, side note for those traveling the bathrooms were not very clean.

We placed an online order and it asks if you want to enter a pick time or have them start prepping when you get there, we opted for prepping when we get there. When we arrived the order was already ready. Among other things we ordered a cantina chicken crispy with double meat however, what we got were three pieces of chicken in each serving. WOW!!!

Very unorganized! Waited 20 minutes with no food and no interaction from staff. Many others were waiting as well. Finally flagged down staff and they didn’t even know when my order would be done so I got a refund and left. Meanwhile the drive thru was being served. Don’t go here!!

Ive been going to taco bell for 10 years now, and this is by far the worst one ive ever been to. The food was really good for taco bells,but the worst part is the SERVICE!! It took damn near 40 DAMN MINUTES to get my food out. I literally only got a crunchwrap supreme, and a soft taco, THATS IT! There was 2 other people in the place too and one had their food when we walked in anyway.
