Taco Bell

So bad… every single time I order from here, no matter what time of day or night, my order is constantly wrong. It’s always just dumped in the bag, or completely wrong. The food is always a mess within the wrappers and they can’t portion control to save their lives. Which is wild because Taco Bell has a specific order to doing things with scoops that are portioned. It really seems like they don’t care at all.

Ordered on the app after midnight on the morning of 12/31. We pulled up in the pick up line behind two other cars. The crew working let us know that the two cars ahead of us had ordered over $85 and $35 worth of food respectively, but assured us that we wouldn’t have to wait long for our food. We only waited about 10 minutes and when one of the guys came out to deliver our food, he gave us some taco cards as curtesy for waiting. Outside of that he was incredibly nice and we really enjoyed our experience. To top it off, the food was prepared perfectly, unlike some of the other Taco Bell locations we’ve been to. The crew working that night deserves recognition for their service!

Made us wait in drive thru for like 15 to 20 minutes because they had a high volume of orders inside and in drive thru. There were 2 cars in drive thru that had ordered and a grand total of 5 people ordering using 2 kiosks. With 3 people sitting at tables. Like literally nobody is working some of them are dancing back there

Had to come back because my order was messed up. I was very understanding because I worked in fast food before mistakes will be made. But despite me being understanding they were hostile like it was my fault my order was missing items. I even brought back all the food to show them. I ended up getting my missing items but with no apology for the inconvenience. Will not be back??

Tge food was okay, the people were nice, and everything looked good, but this is the 2nd tine ive gotten food poisoning from this store specifically. Ive never been sick from taco bell in my life, and the other stores in the area have never made me sick. I dont know if its the practices with the food, the employees not washing their hands, not a clue. But 2 times in less than 2 months. Place should probably be inspected.
