Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is on my way home so I have stopped here many times. Usually the service is great occasionally I've had an issue with the Crunchwrap Supreme having a rancid taste. The corn tostada I think sometimes goes off I've had this problem at other Taco Bells too. However usually they just replace it or I get something else not a huge deal though come on Taco Bell you can keep your tostadas from going rancid it's not a pleasant flavor. However tonight I came back and the person at the window was friendly but some other random lady interjected into the conversation where she was not needed or wanted and was very antagonistic and rude. I order a grilled chicken burrito (wasn’t grilled) combo and a taco salad….. there was hardly any lettuce. There was a tiny scoop of meat there was barely any sour cream, this is horrible preparation of food that I ever seen. I was a manager at taco John’s in Wisconsin and I have never seen food prepared like this. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 15 years, never experienced this until after COVID. I’m not sure if Covid messed up everyone in customer service common sense. This is exactly why I don’t work in the industry.

I thought that they'd have the drink machine fixed after being out of stage for 3 years. The mango brisk never works, the sweet tea is just syrup and the unsweetened tea stung and left my throat dry.

Usually just fine like any other taco bell. Last time I went, they denied us service in the drive through. The employee was rude and said they were closed. It was only about 10:30 pm. We drove out and the customer behind us ordered. Weird.

This is our favorite local Taco Bell and we drive to this one even when one is closer to us because they have all the menu options AND great customer service. Our food is always hot too!
