Taco Bell

I would give it no stars, but I wanted to leave a review and submit a photo. The majority food spots here in Sumter, SC are a disappointment. No In fact they're trash. I wanted to give Taco Bell a try. Well I am not shocked, SLACK! These places really need to do better frfr. People are spending their hard earned money. The photo speaks for its self... Vegetarian Mexican Pizza. Simple order... 😒

Asked for steak garlic fries and got this, I also did not get my quesadilla.

I just want to give Miss Shontae a massive shout out, she was absolutely incredibly amazing tonight! She is a true definition of a real team leader and what a true angel stands for!!! I’m forever grateful for her kindness and compassionate nature!! She helped my husband and I when we needed it the most❤️ Thank you so much!! Y’all go get you some of that hospitality and good food from this beautiful lady and crew!!

I order my food and I did not get a burrito that I ordered. I told one of the employee that I didn’t get my 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. So I waited and waited and I had my receipt to prove to them I order it with no sour cream and they wanted to give me the one with sour cream and I told them I order one with out it and I told them I would show them what I ordered and they wanted to roll there eyes and get and attitude with me. Plus there cinnamon twist taste very plain did not have no cinnamon on it no manger was there or if one there wasn’t available and crew members were playing around the restroom and not working and having there friend to come in there to distract them while they was making food.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered thru the app, gave them my order number, and they claimed my order was not pulling up...even with showing them the screenshot. Finally they said to come in, not sure if they were mad or not but the food they gave me showed they felt some type of way... absolutely terrible! Never ever again!
