I went in here to pick up an order for a customer on Uber Eats and the workers were ignoring me and watching the halftime show. Lol. They don't give a shit about customer service regardless. I understand they don't get paid enough to give a damn... dont blame them. Good luck to the owner though.

Although the drive-thru cashier was pleasant, she didn't ask if I needed sauce. Since when does one ask for sauce? Also, no sweet tea!😱 Why would you ask to donate to a cause, but not ask if I needed sauce.

I've been coming here for years with no issues but this location is heading downhill fast. The drive thru is terribly inefficient when it gets busy, I've waited upwards of 45 minutes in the drive thru line during the lunch rush lately. They're clearly rushing too, messing up orders and serving the food very sloppy. Portions have also gone done at this location, and are smaller than other locations nearby. I only go here if I'm out of options now, it's usually quicker to find anything else.

This location has great potential! The lobby was clean and tidy. I observed an employee cleaning the lobby while I was at the restaurant. I ordered via the self service kiosk. I ordered the Classic Combo $5.00, Large Pepsi® Zero Sugar, 1 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, 1 Crunchy Taco, & 1 Cinnamon Twists. The gentleman handing out the orders was very confused. He couldn't remember who the order belonged to. When I asked for my drink cup, he was oh, a medium! I ordered the large. Before I could correct him, he quickly left. The food quality was Taco Bell quality. My meal was hot and fresh! I would still recommend this location to anyone wanting a great meal at a great price!

Horrible customer service. Long drive thru line. Went inside thinking service would be quicker. Waited more than 15 minutes for 3 tacos. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED.
