Not really sure how this happens but they did not put chicken or ranch on my CHICKEN bacon RANCH nacho fries. All I asked for was no tomatos!!! If you needed a couple minutes to get more ranch or something I would have waited! I would much rather have had ranch then extra cheese!!!

Welcome to the Twilight Zone: Fast Food Edition So my girlfriend and I ordered pickup on DoorDash, thinking we’d just stroll over and grab our food like normal humans in a functioning society. Silly us. We arrive two full hours before closing time, only to find the doors locked tighter than Fort Knox after a bank robbery. Three employees made eye contact with us… and then consciously decided to do nothing. No wave. No “hey one sec.” Just that dead-eyed stare you get when you accidentally walk in on someone watching their soul escape. No big deal. We pivot. Wasn't expecting how polite the staff would be both of the employees I had interaction with treated me great. The person on the speaker even asked how my day was going. The food was very good. Typical Taco Bell. I would rate this 5 star but my Chalupa shell was a little stale. I normally love them.

The last few times I've put in an online order they let someone else take it and I end up waiting double the amount of time for my meal. The last time this happened I said I will just come back later then and I was told that they'd fix it. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:01, im writing this at 6:46 after checking twice since being told that and still nothing set out for my pick up. Its been the literal worst customer service in good I have received ever from any restaurant fast food or not. Genuinely disappointed and pretty fed up always having issues any time I make the mistake of ordering here.

Ordered at the computer for cash togo but they wont make the order till they get payments but dont try to ask or operate the register really to take the cash. Shitty attitudes breed shitty service, multiple employees cussing loudly enough to be heard clearly across the dinning room.
