Taco Bell

So I ordered from uber eats last night and put no tomatoes for all my food because I’m allergic to tomatoes so instead of them following an order they put tomatoes in my food .. like You’re not building a rocket making tacos if it’s that hard to follow simple instructions on what to put and what not to put on someone’s food. People shouldn’t work in there. I want a refund for my food since I had to throw it away because it was contaminated

This place just straight up sucks. The staff isn’t friendly, which as someone who has worked in fast food, I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but are the side eyes and glares necessary? Not only that every time I order something, they never add the mods. I am getting robbed, because I am spending extra on mods just to be give the base food.

Mike delivers outstanding customer service, consistently creating a positive guest experience. Rex’s strong leadership and effective training are clearly reflected in Mike’s performance. Excellent work from both—kudos to the team at taco bell.

I personally think this taco bell is criminally underrated. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm and considerate. After the desolation, chaos, and fear of the US 1, this taco bell was truly a safe place to land. The world would be a better place if we all treated each other with the grace and kindness of the staff of this taco bell. Thank you to all those working on the evening of 10/8

On Friday, October 24th, a friend and I went in to eat inside the restaurant. Around 10am. Everything was fine. Until a customer came in and asked an employee if she can use an outlet to charge her phone. The employee said no, there were no outlets for customer use. The customer, who didn't buy anything, then got angry and physically attacked the employee. Then ran to her car to get mace to spray in the employee's eyes. This is not the fault of the restaurant. What is the fault of the restaurant is that the manager on duty immediately repremanded the employee for defending herself before even checking video. The police were called, good, but it is not a good sign when a manager defends someone who is attacking their employee without full knowledge of what's happening. She even ha
