Past 4 times have ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and cantina chicken quesadilla which ended up being next to no meat and literally just 95-97% cheese and tortilla with a couple micro-shreds of chicken in an entire quesadilla. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the second time this place has been a disappointment! The first time about 6-7 months ago my kids went during the day and the lady at the drive thru tried to steal $50 from them. The manager had to get involved and it was an ordeal but they did get their money back and nothing happened to the employee. I get it we all make mistakes but this was not a mistake and was someone trying to take advantage of younger adults! This time we went and the guy working the drive thru was incredibly rude and rushed us along when there was no one in the drive thru behind us he must have wanted a break or something but this guy should not be at the drive thru! He tried to hand me two of the drinks with the lids not on them and soda all over the side he didn’t even try to clean them off just tried to

I visited this location on Saturday and had a very disappointing experience. My total was $18.45, and I paid with $20.50. The drive-thru employee appeared confused, and after two employees used a calculator, I was given only $1.50 in change, which was incorrect. When the same employee attempted to hand me my food, she dropped it on the ground outside. She then looked out the window and told me she couldn’t reach it and asked me to pick it up myself. I informed her that I was not willing to eat food that had been dropped on the ground. She appeared frustrated and asked me to pull forward. I went inside, and it took a significant amount of time for my food to be remade. I asked to speak with a manager, but she did not seem concerned about either the incorrect change or the dropped food. I

Here as usual are my smashed tacos with about half a teaspoon of meat. The management needs to do their job. They won't answer the phone.

This location is always out of something or just not ready to serve something. They are always unprepared for the day no matter what time you go. If it’s not a basic menu item they probably don’t have it ready to serve. Rice and potatoes are the big items I’ve seen that are never available. The trip today is the 3rd time I’ve been told their rice wasn’t ready. Not only that but the drinks are always flat and just terrible. We won’t gets drinks at this location for that reason. Not to mention the service is normally very slow Jo matter what is ordered.
