EMPLOYEES HIGH!!! AS A KITE I recently had a pretty disappointing experience at a Taco Bell while working a DoorDash delivery. I went through the drive-thru as usual, but when I got to the window, they asked me to park and wait in the lot instead of just handing me the order. That would have been fine if it were just a short delay, but what really frustrated me was that they kept serving every single customer behind me in the drive-thru before they even started preparing my order. I walked to the drive thru 20 mins later after seeing close to 10 cars coming in and being served while still parked at the parking lot. When i got there, the employee had forgotten about my order. First, if you want to get points or rewards, you must go to a Taco Bell. NOT a Taco bell/KFC. This is also the same for getting the cheese fries. The Taco Bell/KFC does NOT serve the cheese fries. I'd go there all the time asking for them, and be told they didn't have it. Then I went here and get them every time. It's my absolute favorite food from here and I know it is for others, so please keep that in mind when you go to these two different Taco Bell's. The food is typical Taco Bell food. Tacos, wraps, Crunch wraps, and Quesadillas. The tacos tend to be lacking in meat and cheese unless you get other toppings, but other than that, it's very good.

Great customer service and good food. I have been coming here for many years and have never had a problem. A local staple!

My food was totally soggy and cold. What a waste of my money.

Not being able to just place an order with a human suckes! I just spent dubble and had to trash half because it wasn't what I ordered! But real people do t help any more!! If I didnt have a child to please I would have walked away... #Robbed no more customer service
