Taco Bell

Have had poorly prepared food here several times now. Tonight, I got 3 cheese roll ups that had no cheese in them. All they’ll offer is money off a future order, as if I’ll ever go back.

i come here fairly often and i normally get the same thing, and the food is prepared correctly most of the time but most of the time my side (either chips or cinnamon twists) have a very odd taste, it smells and tastes like a fresh gymnasium floor (which i know is very weird) but it's not every single time, but tonight my crunchwrap was inedible due to the taste, my chips also had that taste + smell but luckily my crunchy taco was still edible. i just wish i didn't have to gamble on the food im buying, especially after getting out of work.

Do not go here for breakfast. I’ve have tried three times in the last couple weeks. EVERYTIME I pull up to the speaker and no one’s talks. People are inside just no taking your order. Do not go here unless you want to be disappointed. This place is a joke, even better yet the employees wanna make 20 dollars an hour but that can’t even figure out how to take an order at 9 am when they’ve been open since 7am.

don’t have anyone pick up your food for you unless you wanna wait for 50 minutes after you ordered. train your employees better to be respectful because this was atrocious behavior. for my pregnant sister to be blatantly ignored and disrespected? why even have a job if you’re gonna act like that. you couldn’t at least ask? just ignore her for picking up for a name that definitely isn’t hers, but you confirmed is an order? and to have her wait and scream? and then for her to have to drive through the drive thru to even hear a single word from an employee? please for the love of god, understand this is a job where you do have to interact with the public, and get over it if you really can’t handle it. so again, i reiterate, if you are planning on having someone else pick up your food from her

The manager at this location is so rude, it’s unreal. She always has an attitude and is generally unpleasant when ordering at drive thru. Cheese is barely filled in the cups, and the chips are HORRENDOUS. They clearly are NOT changing their oil like ever, because everytime I order chips and cheese(including today), the chips smell and taste so bad I can’t even eat them. Bitter and plastic tasting almost—unacceptable and disgusting. Also today, my fiance and I ordered through the drive thru and of course the miserable, rude manager was at the window. Upon getting the food, he asked her if she put the sauces in (she always lies and says they are in the bag and has no idea if they even are.) and she caught an immediate nasty attitude. Get a different job if you can’t even be polite in custome
