Taco Bell

Okay I have to say the only time to come here and get quality food is during day time. The night shift is constantly changing and it's usually a bunch of clowns working who can't make your order right or you get cold food. Secondly I want to know what the hell was in my Diablo chicken fries? Is Taco Bell so shady they throw what looks like a chickens beak into the shredded chicken mix? I will never order anything that has shredded chicken again from any taco bell. Take a look at these pics. It literally looks like a bone or a beak from a chicken. I damn near snapped my tooth on this

The customer service at this Taco Bell is honestly ugh. It feels like the bare minimum effort is being put in and the staff come across as overpaid and underqualified for the jobs they are doing. Every interaction feels rushed or careless with little to no concern for the customer experience. What makes this location even worse is the complete lack of hygiene. 🤮 The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They reek of urine and 💩 the moment you walk in and it is clear they are not cleaned regularly if at all. The smell alone is enough to make you lose your appetite and the unkempt conditions make you question whether the same standards or lack of them are present in the kitchen. For a national chain this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. Taco Bell should really be embarrasse

Nacho chips & nacho fries loose in two different bags, even though the nacho fry and chip bags were in only one bag. Quesadilla not cut. Dip cup had cheese all over the outside. Empanadas spilled out in bag. Mini taco salad missing most toppings but had the one topping I asked to exclude. Soda tasted off. Soft taco filling spilling out of the tortilla. Not a single item made correctly or cleanly.

My husband and I ordered 2 seperate mobile orders in one vehicle. Big mistake. We go through the drive thru & my husband says we need to pick up 2 mobile orders. They said they can only do 1 at a time & we will have to go back through the line to ask for the second order...there wasn't a single person waiting behind us. We pull up to the window & get the first order. My husband questions the reasoning behind this as it makes US waste our time, gas money & is inconvenient. The employee states he doesn't know, that's just what he is told to do. My husband asks is that something only this location does, we have never had an issue like this in the past & we just get the same answer as before. We are frustrated now & they can tell. We pull around to the speaker for the second time for the other

Food was cold and crunch wrap had nothing inside of it. Calling corporate tomorrow since they obviously dont care.
