If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to drop by to grab some lunch quickly. I ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito. After receiving my burrito, I opened it up only to find that it was not grilled, there was no cheese on the outside and that the burrito was barely filled. I went back in and asked them to remake it. After receiving my new burrito, I went to my car to eat it only to find a small black hair in it. I went back inside once more and spoke to the manager. I told her there was a hair in my burrito and pointed it out. Only for her to respond by saying “baby, that’s cheese.” I then picked the hair out of it and handed it to her. She responded by saying “we don’t have animals in here”. She told me all of her employees are new and she just hired them and said “we don’t hav

It took them so long to make our food and there was nobody else in there but us. They were inattentive. Our food took like 15 minutes to make with only 3 meals. Then they don’t give me the avocado lime sauce with my cantina taco meal and say they’re out after I ordered it. Like why not tell me that before I order it? The sauce is supposed to come with the meal. I will never come back here again.

Food was absolutely disgusting. So disgusting. They had to put a sign up at the checkout stating that they do not give out refunds

Ordered through the drive through on December 1st 2025 @ 6:50 pm. I needed fast food as I had somewhere I needed to be. I ordered a burritos cravings pack, bean crunch wrap, and a steak burrito. The steak burrito had a small amount of food. I was also missing 3 burritos that where suppose to be in a pack. We waited over 20 minutes for food after ordering, we also waited 10 minutes before they took our order... there was maybe 4 customers their. They asked us to wait in the handicap parking and brought it out. We were missing 30 percent of our food, which is a lot considered we spent about 30 dollars. I attempted to call by phone twice, no body answered. I will likely never be back.

Food tasted like refrigerator. The tomatoes were translucent and sour. My soda tasted moldy, a sign that the soda caps and tibing arent being maintained. I got ill after eating here. I also started doing food delivery and had to walk out and unassign an order tonight and twice during the week during lunch. Tonight the Drive thru was backed up, two people working the line and as I drive away, there’s three staff members literally smoking WEED at the side door near the dumpster. I will not accept these orders again.
