Wait, what- no sauce. So we decided to use the app- never again... It doesn't allow for me to get my Meximelt, and they didn't get the order right. We clicked the button to not have the gross tortilla strips included and they didn't just put on 1 or 2 it was the full amount as my hubs ordered his as they come. The Gordita has too much breading for me, and the taco was incredibly greasy and soaked through the bottom of the crispy shell. All in all this site usually does a fair job in our standard order of the occasional meximelt and hard shell tacos. We ventured out to the boxes and were disappointed. What happened to the mild sauces or hot sauces- normally we get enough to share with neighbors- this time we got no packets. The avocado verde salsa is a disappointment to verde salsa. Al

Came through on Christmas, 2025 at 5:27 PM whoever was working at that time you’re awesome. You guys gave me an extra Baja blast. Does that ring a bell merry Christmas thank you so much for being amazing.

How bad can you be! Ordered a soft taco supreme meal with no tomatoes. They made all 3 tacos all different. 1 correct, 1 with tomatoes and 1 with no sour cream. How is that even possible? And people cry about certain jobs need to get paid more.

Had a great experience here. The staff recognized an error and were kind enough to not only correct it but to add on to my order. I appreciate both Brandon and Aaron for the great service.

We ordered half our order no cheese and no sour cream. We got both. We ordered one of their new deserts paid for it and didn't get it. The luxe boxes were mixed up. I mean how hard it to read an order! Even when I called them they didn't even pick up!
