Taco Bell

Part of my drive through order was 2 beef Meximelts. They just rolled some pico de gallo in 2 cold tortillas. No meat...no cheese. Here's the best part... I call to try and get it worked out... Guy on the phone tells me he's the manager. When I asked his name, he says he doesn't give it out over the phone. Whaaaa???? Anyway...The Taco Bell, on Baltimore Blvd in Westminster has really gone to 💩 This isn't the first time we've had a problem with an order and experienced total indifference from a "manager" there. I definitely recommend avoiding this place!!! They stopped caring awhile ago.

I have been coming to this location for awhile now, so it's about time I post my review. I've tried a variety of items on the menu and I've consistently had correct orders and the food is yummy. The associates have delivered speedy and friendly customer service. I wouldn't go to any other location! Thank you Westminster Taco Bell Team!!

It's great when mike is there but the little small women at the drive thu does not know how to reach and makes you reach. Also is almost completely silent. Also the AI is over the top with question that slow the line but still took 15 minutes for food.

I am extremely disappointed came in to Taco Bell ordered $40 worth of food got three Doritos Locos tacos check the bag and they’re hard tacos. I asked them they said we’re out but never told me and on top of that the tacos were mushy and barely any meat not coming here anymore. And on top of that, the workers were very unprofessional. Well, I just looked at my rice and bean burrito ended up just being a rice burrito. I stood there at the counter and got ignored for five minutes will never come here again. And on top of all of it, it was filthy and disgusting had to clean my own seat and table off to eat

Update 3/30/24 @8:45 Employee working window was not happy and took her attitude out on us. My hard taco was broken, my soft taco was very small. Not worth the money. 8/23/23 @ 8PM Fast and friendly service but the employees spent more time fist bumping each other than preparing food. My Mexican pizza obviously wasn’t a priority ;(
