Taco Bell

Very disappointing visit , pictures attached. Sad amount of sauce. I didn’t ask for light sauce and it cost extra to get what usually comes on it. This is a continuation of what to expect from you guys at this point.

I genuinely don't understand what's going on with Taco Bell these days. And not just this location, but the ENTIRE corporation. Prices are constantly going up while they give you less and less food as the months go on. By next year we'll be paying $10 for a soft taco! I could understand and justify the prices if the quality had improved, but the quality of their food is even going down. It used to be cheap and reasonable, but now the food costs more and the quality is below that of an elementary school cafeteria.

So I thought for the first time that Taco Bell actually got the whole order not only items correct but the specifications for the items correct once I opened up the order all items were there except I asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on it (yes it was EVEN on the receipt) and I ordered a tostada and it seems all the sauce was on the corner of the box inside as if they completely missed the tostada when putting the sauce on it I don’t know how that happens or if there’s a process for that, but other than that, it was okay.

Food was okay, except I ordered no lettuce , and yet I received an abundance. Service was good considering the volume at that particular time of day. Atmosphere was ok, except for the temperature on the resaurant. It was stuffy in the dining area.

I understand this is Taco bell, but in the evening they always are bad. Togo order on app, 5 boxes. They didn't put any of the correct food in each box as labeled, just threw it in all of them. Food was missing, took a box in to show the ticket of food missing, food in the box was from another box, they took the box threw away food, and just put in labeled food, and then told me they gave me back the box. Waited over 15-20 to get food corrected after waiting on drive thru for about 15-20 mins. Fast food my butt, more like slow food, wrong food, rude service.
