Taco Bell

I rarely leave reviews, but since I just moved into the area, I was excited to have a Taco Bell nearby. Unfortunately, this has been the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff is consistently rude, it’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and their freeze machine has been out of order for at least three weeks. To make things worse, when I tried to speak to a manager, they just hung up on me. I really hope this location can do better.

I’m at The Taco Bell in Wilmington California, went inside Eager, Hungry and with my Amex Ready to Spend. Wow! The restaurant staff said I CAN NOT order anything that requires for cheese to melt!!! DISAPPOINTING!!! So why are they even open for? Don’t waste your time. The POLLO LOCO looks inviting!

I was in the drive thru and they told me to not drive up to the window completely because they wanted to have the timer be high cause they were taking forever at 12/16/25 at 11:12am

Staff was nice. The nachos were generously made. Unfortunately my burritos were made with onions when I requested none so I was unable to eat them. It happens! But disappointing.

Paid for items and didn't get it or they didn't add it like the extra sour cream I paid for. Or the sour cream that was supposed to be in my beef chalupa Supreme and Beef5 layer burrito. Then I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeno sauce that was not there or anything at all just the chicken and cheese. So I was ripped off 5 times because the crunchy taco was supposed to been a soft taco with sour cream added. The excuse why they couldn't fix it because it was 1:05am and they had put everything away already. told me to come tomorrow which is today to get get me my stuff. So we'll see. That picture was not even close to what they made. Yes I know how they make pictures look tasty. And what I got was a joke Del Taco is looking a little better than this taco bell
