Taco Bell

My son and I went to this restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately, he accidentally left his jacket behind. I called to check if it was still at the dining area, but one of the workers hung up on me, claiming they didn’t have time to check. I called back and explained that it wouldn’t take long, but she passed the phone to the manager. He was rude and said they didn’t have time to check. Luckily, I arrived at the restaurant and found the jacket on the table. My point is, don’t forget your belongings because they don’t seem to care about customer service.

Went to this location a few nights ago, got my home (i live 30 minutes away) sat down to eat and first thing i started with was this new chicken burrito and after taking a bite i noticed this beard/ mustache hair IN MY FOOD!! Never will eat here again

Got it delivered late night through DoorDash. I’ve been an avid TB consumer for many years. It was all cooked better this time than I’ve ever experienced, not sure if there’s a new employee or what. Everything in the order, and all cooked to perfection. 10/10 experience

Trash service. Just throw a taco in bag not wrapped and spills in bag. Wrong order completely. In such a rush when there is not even any other customers. I have no idea how they keep their jobs. What a joke.

Our order was supposed to be done at 11:46, We came in around 12 and it wasn't prepared we were then asked the name and told them and were told "oh well that's a big order" when it's only 2 tacos, a drink and a wrap. Our drink was not filled all the way and our order wasn't started until he asked us the name. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location, it is a consistent problem everytime i come here. I'm very disappointed in this store. They have various employees working but they seem to care more about social hour than making the customers food.
