Taco Bell

Yesterday I placed a total order of $52.12. One order was for a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch Nacho Cheese with STEAK for $9.37. What I received was a tortilla/Dorito wrap with five (5) small pieces of meat with some sour cream and a pinch of lettuce - nothing else. Horrible preparation by worker. See photo! Don’t order from this Taco Bell!

I was craving taco bell crunch supreme so I went inside ordered from kiosk since no one there to help. Ordered wrong one without the crunch...Fine! Big Problem - there was hardly any meat. Mainly lettuce and tomato. So disappointed $14 for combo . Also while I was there A man asked me for money to buy a drink. I don't give men money I'm alone too. Couldn't wait to get out. 🙄

This Taco Bell location is easily one of the slowest operating fast food chains in North America. I keep coming back to this location every few months thinking maybe the last experience was a fluke or they've improved, the answer is no. Always worse. If you're going through the drive through, make sure your car has enough gas to idle for 30-45 minutes. Taco Bell is a restaurant chain built upon the premise of quick service, this chain is the exact opposite. Even in person, it is shockingly slow. The drive thru is also a single lane, so once you're in line, you're trapped and can't exit. You're literally a hostage to their slow service. Do not come here if you need fast food, there are a few other chains within a couple of blocks of driving that operate like advertised.

Tried to order but was told to use kiosk which I do not use. They LIED and claimed they cannot take my order at the counter. The manager refused to take my order. They were also ignoring all the delivery people. Preparing order after order quickly as possible (to beat the clock on the performance system) to just put them on a shelve to get cold as delivery people are ignored. This particular Taco Bell has ALWAYS been by far the worst in service in Queens unless you’re on the drive through.

i got a five layer cheese beef burrito and they didn’t give me what i asked for they give shit burrito i’m not coming back and there’s no AC and i’m sweating but the nacho fries were good
