Idk her name (black woman) but when I come and she’s there…she’s always super super nice, she’s keeping orders moving… respectful to customers and employees… Today though… I’m dissatisfied and disappointed that I waited 30 mins (which is no problem bc I chose to order through the app (hoped it would be quicker than the drive-thru but anyway)) for my mobile order only to get a soggy …beyond wet taco (2). Like someone spilled water on them or something. Service was great but … How do I get a wet taco ? Ample time to make decent tacos lol very annoying. Omg

Ordered my food in the drive through area with a sweet lady not knowing I was gonna get stabbed in the back by her coworkers. Not only did they scam me out of 3 dollars for the nacho cheese I didn’t receive but they couldn’t even take off the one thing I specifically wanted off, some freakin lettuce.

My mom went to grab our food from here this evening and she said one of the female employees was extremely rude to her and slammed the food on the counter and then my mom asked about the other order and was told to "WAIT!" .... then someone else walked her bag over to the pick up counter and my mom asked if she could grab it and go and the same female employee snapped at her and said "UM NO! YOU CAN WAIT TIL I COME HAND IT TO YOU!" like that is unbelievably unprofessional and rude! Luckily my mom is one of the kindest people and didn't take too much offense but if you act like that to others, you are gonna get what you deserve. Idk how these types of employees keep getting complained on but yet they are still working there?!! Can't be THAT desperate. Also, the food SUUUUUUCKED tonight. Who

Should have looked at the reviews before going here. Who ever is making the food needs to be fired. The whole meal was a train wreck. I specifically asked for fresh chalupas and mine were hard as a rock. The lettuce in my wife’s crunch wrap and tacos was brown, along with not the correct amount of meat in the crunch wrap( two scoops in an x shape is what it’s supposed to be)... The chips taste like cleaning chemicals and the cheese looks like it was dried up and burned crud from the bottom of the bag. Bean burritos were sloppy spilling out everywhere. I would have taken pictures before I trashed it. I dwelled on it and took to writing to help the next person that goes there. Management needs to step it up and make sure their employees are giving out a good product and not this crap! This

I don’t need a long write up, pics show how terrible the food is. Taco isn’t even close to being somewhat filled. Chicken inside the burrito was disgusting. It was hard and dry. I picked up the food and gave it to my kid in the car bc it was late and storming out so this isn’t bc the food “settled” from the drive home. This is how they serve food out of the kitchen. They weren’t super busy either. One person before me and two people in drive thru. I travel a lot and, unfortunately, bc of that, I eat out a lot. More than I’d like. And rarely do I leave a bad review on food bc I get it. So you have to be just TERRIBLE for me to want to take the time to put you on blast for how crappy your food is. I am a mom of a young child and we are always on the go. I do not have time for crap like this
