Taco Boy LoSo

Taco Boy has amazing food. 1. The food is delicious and has nice large portion sizes. 2. The service is hit or miss. We've visited a few times and service is either outstanding or just decent. 3. Parking is a little tricky. Most times there is no street parking available. The restaurant will validate parking in the deck next to the restaurant. Just make sure you look at the signs for the deck entrance gates. One gate is for the restaurant and the other is for CATS employees. 4. Be prepared to pay for the location. It's a bit on the expensive side for Mexican food 5. With all that said. We really enjoy the food. We will continue to visit this restaurant.

Met up with some friends to continue my birthday celebration! Came for the $5 margs and the free queso and chips (w/IG screenshot) Margs were your basic premix so not great, but I got the strawberry flavor for $2 more. Which made them a little better. We ordered the Birria tacos, the Mahi tacos, the tinga tacos, the shrimp tacos, the brown sugar Elote wings and the sidewinder fries. Tinga and Birria tacos were dry but the Mahi and Shrimp tacos were tasty. The Mahi was fried, but my son was ok with it. The shrimp was grilled and seasoned well. My friend said the wings were delicious. The music playing was great. Couldn't stop dancing in my seat. I watched other diners do the same. 🤣 Very much enjoyed the evening. We would go back.

I recently checked out Taco Boy LoSo in Charlotte, and I had a great experience! The location is super convenient, making it easy to stop by for a quick meal. The moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and welcoming the place was. The vibrant decor really adds to the fun vibe. The menu has a fantastic selection of tacos and other Mexican dishes, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. The only downside was the parking situation. While the location is awesome, finding a spot can be a bit challenging during peak hours. But honestly, the delicious food and lively atmosphere more than made up for it! I’d definitely recommend Taco Boy LoSo to anyone craving tasty tacos in a fun setting. I’ll be back for sure—j

Our first time trying and was definitely satisfied. Along with the food, the vibe, the atmosphere, and the staff (Especially Lee) was amazing!!! The location is also great, if you’re not lucky enough to get a parking spot in one of the immediate spaces, they offer validation if you have to park in the garage adjacent to the restaurant. Also on mondays wings are half priced and I definitely recommend the dry rub and Elote. The Mexican street corn dip was some of the best dip I’ve ever had

We were here on opening celebration day and it was packed. Recommend reservations if you come for dinner! Staff was very friendly. The decor inside and the space overall looks really nice. The guacamole was great, but the enchiladas were a bit bland. Food is overall a bit pricey. Be aware that the charge a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. Overall it‘s a cool spot and we can‘t wait for warmer days to sit on their patio for guac and drinks.
