Taco Bueno

I usually go to this Taco Bueno often but recently every time I go it just seems like the service gets worse. Today I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes for two tacos, a large chips and queso, and one cheesecake chimi. When I arrived home, I opened my queso to be faced with a gritty, chunky, and strange tasting queso. I attempted to call up twice to remedy this and nobody picked up the line either times. The workers are obviously not focused on their job and have no care. The company obviously has no care either, because they’re consistently understaffed. I’ve gone through the drive-thru many times to sit at the speaker for minimum 10 minutes because the only employee working couldn’t handle the two car rush. Furthermore, staff are constantly unfriendly from having an overal

the wait times are insane. The food is not bad but you have to ask for 2-3x the amount of salsa you want. Everytime i have come through the drive thru and ordered salsa, the 2 oz serving cup is basically empty. Today one of the cups did not have enough salsa in it to cover the bottom of the cup. When i came inside to fill the cups myself they watched and laughed. The Taco Bueno on 116th is amazing and i will no longer be going to this one.

Well I wasn't impressed to say the least. I ordered the nachos with a burrito. The burrito was okay , a little stale or at least not fresh. Now the nachos were horrible. Chips were under cooked and barely any cheese. Friends ordered a burrito and weren't that excited about it.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru for order. Lacked plasticware with order. Service wasn't best and not overly friendly. Taco shells stale, but everything else was good. Decent value overall. Sign was unlit making it difficult to see

Whoever this guy is working the window has been utterly rude the last 2 times I have been. Everytime you try to ask a question he gives you a look and slams the window. He doesn’t talk except for saying the price and slams the window the rest of the time. Very rude and hateful.
