Taco Bueno

Giving it a three because the Taco Salad for 7 dollars does not have much meat, its like everyone has raised prices and give you less, more lettuce.. to be fair not bad i guess compared to prices these days, just not that great for the 7.00 … update: 9/16/25 thought I would try again! Wont be back chicken quesadilla 7.00 very little chicken, pitiful value and no ice tea…

It’s my first time eating at Taco bueno but if this is the kind of food served here this s the nastiest brisket quesadilla or quesadilla period I’ve ever had in my life , the food is so dry and old and hard you can’t eat it that bite I took I just went on and spit that crap out with is wrong with people when you made this you knew it wasn’t fresh! I will never eat at another taco “not” bueno!!

Every time we have come to the Taco Bueno - Rockwall location, they have denied our coupons and their customer service is horrible. This time, we had a coupon advertised on the Taco Bell website, the employee added it onto our bill, we saw the price go down, and then another girl came over and removed it from our bill. Additionally, we asked for water cups multiple times and they would not give us cups. They were rude to us and said “your meal doesn’t come with drinks” when we just wanted water. We will only be going to the Royse City location from now on.

"Hi, I'm john and I placed an order last week in weekends in morining on drive theu Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and I was also disappointed with the service. When I tried to communicate with the kitchen staff about my order, I felt ignored. Similarly, when I spoke with the cashier, I didn't receive the attention I expected. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and attention made me feel disrespected. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this and take steps to improve the service.

So today i came in the store and there was a rush and i waited patiently and when they took my order i waited patiently and i saw in kitchen there was a very bad hygiene the one who was making food she doesn’t wore sny gloves and wrap my order she thought i didn’t seen it but this is the only last time i am coming in this store !! I don’t know her name but she had a blonde hair and little bit chubby this store manager should have keep an eye on people wearing gloves or not infront of customers i waited so much and i expect a better quality
