Stopped by while I was out and about and finally got to try the popular Birria Bombs. I usually just get a burrito bowl from here, so I was excited to try something different. The staff were all friendly and welcoming; answered questions that I had. The inside was partially decorated in a few areas for halloween. The Birria bombs combo came with 3 Birria balls, sauce, and consomé (8/10) there was a good amount of cheese inside and a decent amount of meat, the flavor was pretty good, but I felt like the balls had too much dough. At one point in one of the balls, after a couple of bits, I had majority dough and a little sliver of meat. I also felt like the consomé wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to at other restaurants. I walked in on a Saturday. I was greeted right away by the gentleman behind the counter. I told him I wanted a burrito and I was starving. He recommended the Guapito Burrito: Two tortilla quesadilla rolled into a burrito to your specifications of toppings, protein and salsas. I went with the steak, pica de gallo , black beans, cilantro, lettuce, guacamole and he added a squeeze of lime for extra. I got a water and paid. The young lady said I could take a seat and they would bring it out. To my surprise they toasted the burrito!! 🙌 God bless you! 😆 It was phenomenal. It was massive as well. About the size of my forearm. I used a fork for scale in a photo. Overall it was great. I will be back to try the Chorizo! ☺️ I came back on a Wednesday. The Birria Tacos were recommended to me. T

FINALLY AN AMAZING MEXICAN PLACE IN NORFOLK!! We walked in and one of the co-owners walked us through the menu and we we loved all the food we ordered. We’ll for sure be coming back! (Pic is of the birria bombs 😍)

LOVED this place & meal! The owner is so friendly & Cares about ea and every customer and also a Veteran. Skip Qdoba & Chipotle and come here instead; similar style concept (quick-serve), but w more authentic food. The only downside is it's a very crowded little shopping center and parking sucks. But Still worth the visit 👍🏻👍🏻

I rarely leave negative reviews but..... I will NEVER order from this place again. First off, they charge 13% sales tax and the max limit for Norfolk is: 11.5%. Their address is clearly in Norfolk and not in VB. That and they tack on 3.5% processing fee. Norfolk city treasurer, come investigate. I had a large order, actually only for 4 people, but ended up spending $103.66??????? More reasons I will not return: 1. They added a dollar for guacamole. Menu doesn't state guacamole is an extra charge. 2. They charged me $1.59 for consome for my birria quesadilla. Looking at the pic I provided, I did not get any consome. I was PISSED when I got home an discovered this. 3. They charged me $9.96 for a large order of rice and $9.96 for a large order of refried beans where their menu CLEARLY states
