Been here a few times and the food is just always delicious. It's nice being able to get good barbacoa and lingua tacos. Now they have other options such as steak if you want. Now the Taco City Rice bowl..... You better be hungry because that bowl is packed with food and deliciousness. And as a bonus the Mado poppers (bacon wrapped jalapenos) are just awesome. Chris and his staff are always extremely helpful and nice. I recommend trying these guys for your taco/Mexican food cravings

Royse city! You are SLEEPING on this spot. The prices are great, the service was fantastic, and the diverse menu fulfilled all my food desires for the day! More stars if Margs were an option. The chips were fresh and seasoned to perfection. The torta was 🔥 and fresh. The poppers were very well made and not leaky or soggy. Not to mention the thin crispy potatoes…. I’m literally DREAMING of those tasty little spuds. 🥔 Well done. Will return

We tried Taco City y Mas not long after they opened, so keep in mind this was about two months ago and things may have improved since then. The spot itself is small but nicely set up with cute plates and a simple layout that works well for families. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was the handwritten sign explaining that this is not fast food and that orders take at least 15 to 20 minutes because everything is made to order. While I understand the reasoning, the way it was written felt a little off-putting and defensive right out of the gate. We ordered a mix of tacos, appetizers, and kids’ plates. The tacos were genuinely good and flavorful, easily the best part of the meal. The appetizers were just okay and not something I would recommend spending extra on. The kids’ plat

My daughter and I went there for our first time today for lunch. Raquel was so sweet and kind and made us feel so welcomed. The food is hands down, the BEST! It was so good I told my husband that we’re going there for dinner. That was his first time. We then met Chris, we was also very kind and made us feel very welcomed. I did not catch the young man’s name who brought us our food, but he was also very kind. I made sure to tell Chris about him as well. I highly recommend this place and will be telling EVERYONE I know that they need to give it a try. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

So first, our most favorite cultural cuisine is Mexican. I heard they had good tacos from my teenage son a few months back so my husband and I tried it out last night. To my surprise, EVERYTHING was delicious! Upon walking in, it smells CLEAN!! A plus in my book!! Literally, the only flaw was a few flying critters that came in hungry too (☺️) and our ribeye tacos were a little overcooked. Besides that, I absolutely loved my experience here. We ordered the Thursday Tortas special, 3 tacos plate, the Madi Poppers and the Enchiladas plate. We sampled it all! All of this food was $45 and some change!! The wait wasn’t bad at all. Now, everything was fresh, just the right amount of spices and love went into every dish. I really think someone’s abuela is back there cooking. We tasted the love and
