Taco Dive

This is such a cute place. Nice ambience, nice service, nice beer selection. But I was there for the food! I got a bowl and while the flavors were good, the shredded meat was barely warm, borderline cold. This means that they’re holding the meat as an unsafe temperature, any food between 40°F and 140°F is in the danger zone and rapidly growing harmful bacteria. I said something to the bartender and they were very nice and understanding, and had another bowl made. I could see in the back that they reheated the meat nicely in the grill. Unfortunately reheating food doesn’t make any less safe once it’s been searing in the danger zone. I would avoid this place unless you have an amazing immune system. I won’t be coming back, unfortunately.

We LOVE Taco Dive Tradition!! When we have company we bring them too! Everyone always loves it! Katie is our absolute fave! She has a fantastic personality and is on it with our order.

Great food! Best burrito ever! And they never mind customization! Also their homemade dive-sauce is incredible.

I frequently visit the Taco Dive Tradition location and it's outstanding every time. The food will exceed your expectations, and they always have a great selection of rotating craft beers on tap. I don't say this lightly, but Taco Dive has the absolute best nachos of any place, literally. They're so good, it has ruined me to even bothering with nachos at other restaurants. The bar has been set at Taco Dive. The service is truly exceptional, and far superior than what one may expect from casual restaurants. Taylor, Katie, and Adam always make me feel welcome. They are the reason I will keep returning to this location. They genuinely make one feel like a guest, and not just a customer. I can't recommend Taco Dive in Tradition enough. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
