Taco Exxpress #5

I've been watching this place for years. There was never any cars going to it, so I skipped it. I was soo wrong! I got 1 crunchy ground beef taco & 1 crunchy chicken taco (7" long, each stuffed almost 2 inches thick) for $8.23 !! Taco shells NOT greasy nasty. Salsas on the side. The food was good! Big food; small price. They have daily deals too, but I missed taco discount day. The girl at the window was polite & the food came out fast (3 minutes!). It's right next to Century theaters off Folsom Blvd. To Hell with taco bell. Taco express tacos are at least 3 times bigger & cheaper too...and there's NO LINE !!

I ordered the same burrito menu using a coupon at Taco Express #9, just like I did here. At Taco Express #9, the portion was generous even with the coupon, but here, it felt a bit lacking. I'm not sure if this was because I used a coupon or if the standard portion size is supposed to be bigger or smaller. The burrito in the photo was something new I tried, and it was delicious. The Google Business listing says they close at 10 PM, but they actually close at 9 PM. Still good with free chip and sauces

My visit here was great the staff is extremely nice and very beautiful, the food was delicious and filled with all the best and freshest ingredients definitely worth the money will most certainly come back again!

Nice place friendly staff. Great deals on certain days of the week. Like taco Tuesday of course. You get 2 tacos for $3.00. They have other specials on the other days of week also.

We went here for the first time today on the way to an appointment. This place needs to be more busy because the food is good and plentiful. The (HUMAN!) cashier was friendly and our food was delivered promptly. We ordered off the value menu. Be careful of the mild salsa; it's very tasty but definitely not mild. That just tells me it's made well. It's a fast food taco that actually is quite pleasant. Please visit when you pass through, or if you live or work nearby.
