Taco John's

Taco Johns here was interesting. I placed an online order and went to the store to pick it up on my lunch break. Without realizing it I didn't get my drink. Got back to work and took a bite into the Crispy Chicken Taco and the chicken was frozen cold. I called and TJ answered the phone. TJ was very kind and offered to replace everything in my order with a fresh batch when I got to the store. While I was in store TJ was very kind, gave me a large cup to fill while I waited for my order. The other guys behind in the kitchen we're very disorganized and talking in a loud and harsh tone to each other. While TJ was putting together a potato O'lay for me one of the others was complaining about how my order was still on the screen, while the other was telling him to put an order of potatoe

Everyone has been super nice each time I've been here in the last three days. Cooks and cashiers are always laughing and having a great day! Food was prepared very fast, it was hot, the portions were generous, food very tasty, tables tidy, and restrooms clean. I got way more value than I was expecting for the price! Taco Bell, Qdoba, McD, and DQ have no game compared to TJ. This is the Culver's of Taco joints, but honestly this TJ's is better. I'll be coming back here! Thanks, guys!

AI drive through ordering is so frustrating. It never works and the order is always messed up. I have stopped going to Taco John's because of it. The food and service has had a slight improvement this year, but the updated facilities were completely ruined by their drive through "technology". Also, I always ask for no tomatoes and they miss that almost everytime, even when the reciept shows no tomatoes. Until something changes, I do not recommend this Taco Johns location.

Taco John's has incorporated AI with their drive-thru service. Lots of bugs to work through apparently as the AI bot took my order and gave me my total amount owed at the window but when I got to the window they claimed AI didn't get my order. Waiting for just 2 snack wraps, that I ordered for in store pickup. It's been 20 minutes since I placed the order and at least 15 since I acknowledged I'm here. You have 5 crew members working. I just fail to understand how hard this is.
