If I could I’d give it no stars … Their internet was down and they didn’t know how to handle the situation not even a little bit (I tried to pay card before I knew it was an internet issue , the guy asked me if the machine beeped before I took my card out I explained to him that it did so I removed my card he asked me to put my card in again so I did and AGAIN it didn’t work so I paid cash) so later on I’m at work and I get two charges to my card for $17.51 each so when I get off work I went to the location to figure things out (The guy who waited on me acted like he didn’t know who I was so I proceeded to explain to him everything that happened while I was there and how I had helped him after three more customers came in and he didn’t know how to handle telling them he was only taking cas

Restaurant was clean. They seemed really busy and short staffed. Even with those challenges, the staff was friendly and keeping up with orders. Food could have been hotter. And potatoes ole were way too salty. Tried the Boss burrito with steak and it was so-so.

The decor is bland, the table I sat at was dirty, and the over all experience was just kind of blah. It took us 7 minutes from the time we stood at the front if the line at the counter, until someone actually acknowledged us. The food was OK. Potato bites were over salted. The soft taco was pretty good. The meat and potatoes burritos had refried beans and meat but no potatoes. I used to like this place but I am now realizing that it was always because it was after midnight and I was hammered to the gills.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Menu is never updated at the drive thru, and today after placing an online order and upon getting there proceeded to wait about 25 to 30 minutes before they even started making my food. They never once asked me what order I was waiting on they ignored everybody standing at the desk waiting for help or to order. I will probably never come back here. 0 STARS

Wonderful customer service, clean restaurant, and yummy food! They were short staffed last time we went, but Gloria and the other ones working went above and beyond to make our visit great!
